TERMINIX EVALUATION FOR BED BUGS-
POOR PREFORMANCE!
I've never experienced bedbugs before. I discovered the bites and then the bugs and then panicked! I contacted Terminix, who took a week+ to come out and do an inspection. The inspector who came out determined there were only juvenile bugs and no adults. He concluded the infestation was minor, and in the beginning stages. He quoted me $2000 for the treatment. He required a check, and left. He told me they would get with me soon to spray, as that was a different position. Inspected house April 29th 2022 did treatments up until September and we are still having bed bugs. Got rid of all the mattresses sofa chairs brought new things and they're still bed bugs paid almost $4,000 for treatment and we still have bed bugs
In August 2021, Terminix came to inspect a suspected mouse problem and we ended up having them replace our insulation and add termite traps around the house. They didn’t finish the job and they also damaged our home while they were working on our insulation. While they were in our attic, they somehow pushed a bolt from one of the cross beams through our ceiling. After they left, we called to let them know that the house was damaged and that they hadn’t done the quoted work on our basement stairs but we got the runaround from both the service technician and his supervisor.
