Warranty Information

3 Day Blinds offers a generous warranty, including a lifetime warranty on operating mechanisms (other than motors and remote controls). Cords and ladders are covered for 7 years. After 7 years, a nominal fee applies for repair. Or you can order replacement parts and do repairs yourself and pay a nominal handling fee. Fabrics, motors, and remote controls are covered for 5 years.

UPDATE: 3 Day Blinds did eventually correct the mistake free-of-charge after lots of back and forth and pushing on my end (originally offered 30% off a new order). It turns out that the product we wanted wasn't even an option (or feasible with how we use our shades - they stop making TDBU cordless shades at 85" and if you leave the shades down for too long, the cordless mechanism stops working). I'm disappointed that the design consultant severely lacked this critical knowledge from the start. We had to fabricate something for the second cord to anchor to since there was no wall on one side, but we got our CCL TDBU shades installed (they did mess up on the dimensions [65 vs 65-3/4] but I ...Read More

Paid in Full Unfortunately, July 19, 2025. No return calls, still waiting to have window treatments installed, five windows, over a thousand dollars a window and still no contact! The salesperson phone is out of service! Called Customer Service in CA and still no one has contacted us. We fear we have been taken advantage of and scammed.
