Three times now I have scheduled appointments with technicians and three times now they have not showed up. The technician who eventually came was great, but this is unacceptable.
I have had CHOICE service my properties and my parents’ for over 10 years and, in general, I’ve been very happy with their service.
They respond promptly and professionally and I feel well taken care of, therefore I can recommend them without hesitation.
The repair was only temporary, washing machine is having the same problem. It is not agitating during cycles. Your prompt attention to this matter would greatly be appreciated. Thank you, nancy yates

Microwave was not working due to a bad part. The Eletrolux technician pinpointed the problem and replaced the parts. The microwave is now working and I did not need a new microwave. This warranty helped me save money!

I had a great experience with Choice Home Warranty. The technician arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly check the washer.
Although the issue couldn’t be repaired, I was very pleased with how the situation was handled. They approved a replacement, which gave me peace of mind and showed they stand behind their coverage.
Overall, the process was smooth, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable home warranty service.

contacted Choice warranty regarding my dryer, I called instead of completing on the internet. My representative was clear in explanation and delivered. The technician from Eyebee Solutions came out prepared and completed the repair in a timely manner, and since I was able to give the error code, he had the correct part with him. This was my first call after having Choice for a few months (7) and all was GREAT!

Was having problems with my garbage disposal not working properly choice sent a technician the next day and fix the problem, The technician that came to the house knew what he was doing.
Very well informed of coverage and senior benefits. Operator was polite and even took the time to look for senior extra benefits.
The technician did a pretty decent job. I am not sure if this comment is supposed to be specific to this repair and the technician or general about CHW. If the latter, my rating would be the same but I would say more:
I am very happy with CHW for the most part. Service quality of the technicians assigned greatly varies, but the CHW people always respond with care and try to meet my needs. So, they value customer satisfaction. I had a great deal more than 10 years ago; a lifetime locked rate when you renew. Service is simple and comprehensive! The app is especially useful. Contractors used have also been knowledgable and timely. Very happy I got this service when I bought the house.
For the most part I would recommend is service, but when it comes to a HVAC problem. I think there should be a faster option. If is 90+ outside and humidity is at 90% + waiting for 3 days to get it serviced is way to long.
The technician was very professional and friendly. Explained everything to me and revised all the components. His technical skills were very good. Would call to him again if needed.

The repairman was great and very experienced with what was needed on our built-in GE microwave and did a good job of evaluating the microwave. Unfortunately, he was unable to repair our microwave because the parts required to fix it according to GE are no longer available.
