How can a customer get to update there information when you can even get into your account with an old phone number? Especially when you forgot your password, and they life lock send a security code to your old phone number. It would be better if life lock could send that security code to your email instead. As you know most phone numbers are recycled. And people change there phone numbers for a list of reasons.
Three years ago, our bank sent an email saying our account was updated and hoped our move to Texas was incredible.
My wife called the bank and told them we weren't moving and never planned to.
LIFELOCK did not know about this attack on our bank account.
I have been trying to discuss a problem I have found in my properties you have listed for me and I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO TALK TO ABOUT IT. IS THIS WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IF SOMEONE STEALS MY HOUSE??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????//
Terrible customer service! Cannot get anyone to answer the phone to speak with a life agent after sending me numerous fraud alerts!!! Called 3 times and on hold for a total of 1.25 hours. Ridiculous!
Have been a loyal customer for years but not anymore. Canceling this subscription.
Theifs ,they do nothing, will take your money then when you call after 5 years of paying in they do nothing to combat the problem that you have paid them to protect you from.
My name is Kelley Ashley Naldrett, a month or so ago and was reaching out online to apply for loans through, and a gentleman who I was communicating with was asking for my Social and telling me that I was approved for a 3,000.00 loan. I still haven't received that loan yet and I am still awaiting my Social security income and it has never been late before. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you to help me out with this and get this resolved.
I love playing Euro Truck game because it has a good quality and it is fast

It took 2 months to be notified that my ss# was used to open a credit card. I did open the account, but did not receive the notice for almost 60 days later. I then attempted to update my payment method using their automated service. CANNOT BE DONE. After almost an hour of trying, I gave up and canceled them
I'm writing because my parents have not only been victims of identity theft, but they are actually sitting in the social security office right now. And this is the THIRD time they have had to go there and wait for hours. Today they are having to change their BANK. They are in their friggin' 80s. My dad had a triple bypass not long ago so this is not just an inconvenience. It's hard on both of them. Having to go through this with absolutely NO HELP at all from this company. Someone stole my dad's SS# and are having his social security checks sent to him/her! My mom has called them numerous times and been given the run around. They have been customers for years, it's unbelievable how they ...Read More
The customer service is lousy and nonresponsive. I had misplaced the online password. I reported that the online transaction monitoring was not working. The ahen5 was responding to my problems with the transaction monitoring. The agent refused to talk to me without extensive additional proof of my identity. She was quite unfriendly in her responses to me. The monitoring had failed for failed for several months. We had been paying a premium price without the promised service.

What a waste of money!
Take my advice and save your money and your credit rating.I enrolled in this SCAM COMPANY with the belief that they would protect my credit rating, catch any false inquiries, and correct those issues going forward. In the short 10 months I had their "protection" my information was used twice by someone to open an Amazon Chase cc and mt credit rating dropped by over 40 points! They had no idea that my information was used on either occasion. I notified LifeLock that it had occurred. They had ME notify the credit bureaus and then instructed ME to call Chase Bank to find out what information was used of MINE. I then had to call LifeLock back give them all the infor...Read More
Terrible service!!! Did not catch Several fraudulent charges. Did not catch new fraudulent account opening. Alerts in the app did not show correctly. I demanded refund but was only given $10 with no appologies. In my opinion this company is no different than the hackers who have stolen from me.
I was with Lifelock for several months because I was getting preapproval from banks and lenders. So eventually I bought and applied for new bank account from the lender. Then changed my address when I moved to the new house . To my disappointment, lifelock never ,never even I single text, message, or phone call that alerts me on my credit changes, address. and the new bank acct. Lifelock is a scam and don't fell on the trap.
Its a waste of money. I called customer service and they said they can't monitor your life's events. Bunch of ripoffs.

Lifelock supports Rush Limbaugh and the KKK. These people hate you, your family, and everything good in America.

I have opened bank accounts and credit cards and LifeLock has not sent me notifications or even a message in with my monthly report that has stated " No fraudulent activity detected" for years. I complained that I was not receiving alerts and the next credit card I opened I received an alert. That was several years ago. I bought a car a couple of weeks ago. I also acquired an auto loan. I never received an alert and there is no alert on my account on the web site. I sent a message to cancel my account. I have no faith in their service and I wonder if I would get any help if I really needed it. Also, they want you to pay extra to get your credit report. I feel I have wasted my money.
I've been with them for almost three years. I lost my wallet with all my debit and credit cards, check book and cash. An agent stayed on the phone with me for four hours making all contacts to my financial institutions. Another agent arranged a warm hand-off so I could be given instructions regarding filing a claim. Each time there is a transaction on the accounts listed in my profile I receive a notification. When there is a credit inquiry I receive notification. I get the service I am paying for.
Someone tried to open a line of credit using my social security and DOB.
It was never picked up by LifeLock. When I called to inform them so they could check if there
were other inquires on my credit. They asked my for my password which I did not remember and
gave them a wrong one. They locked my account. I tried to unlock it several times by requesting my Username and Password over the internet without success. They asked me to fax some documentation to the document department which I have done twice and still my account is locked. They do not assign you an agent to resolve the problem so every time you call you get someone different and have to go over everything again. The customer ...Read More
I have had LifeLock for years... I used to get notifications from them when I would apply for any new accounts, address change, etc... Now I get nothing from them... After an address change, I got nothing and called them and they said that I needed to upgrade, then "activated" my notifications to work, the same ones that worked before, and said it should be fine now... After opening a new credit card, still not alerts... I am canceling them... I have AAA Protect my id as part of my AAA service and get notifications instantly from them on the situations I described above... LifeLock used to work, but doesn't seem to anymore...
I've tried Lifelock for 2 different times now and it's unfortunately been a complete failure. The 1st time, I had an identity theft case in the first 60 days and they never caught it. My recent experience now is the website and the app neither one would work. They must spend 40 hours a week doing system maintenance and you can never login. Also, they tried to bill me in the 1st week and it was supposed to be free. You'll be much better off monitoring it yourself! Avoid at all costs!!!!
The app does not do what they charge you for
I signed up for a free trial because of suspicious things in my accounts. So far all they did was take important personal information. I haven't been able to access any information to see if I have a problem. I've called three times to get help and nothing has been done. For all I know they could be the criminals because they have all my info. It's been over a week since I signed up.
Acquired Life Lock after receiving a notice that my information had been part of a theft of data from a medical insurance company. I had heard it was good and so decided to accept the rather high fee of $25/month. Received an alert of a credit inquiry. when I called, I was told often credit card companies will do this to see if they can offer a higher credit line. I asked for further investigation and was told someone would contact me. Never heard and went on with my life. I finally cancelled and now received a letter from Citibank about a recently opened account that looked suspicious. Life Lock's error. I found the Life Lock system difficult to maneuver and perhaps too big to care about...Read More
I got a discount certificate in the mail, so I decided to give it a shot. I was filling out the on-line form when it got a little sketchy! Without really realizing it, It had tricked me into signing up my wife with another $30. per month plan. I couldn't believe they would go to such marketing "tricks" and figured it had to be a mistake. I called the number. I got a person on the phone who would not answer my question, nor would he tell me someone that could! Instead; he repeated the same line, over and over. I started looking for some crackers to throw to the parrot! I hung up and tossed out all the paperwork! I couldn't trust my personal information to a Macaw!
Great. Love to be on here.
