I have plenty of experience with orthodontics.My first one was as a kid in the 70s, all those wires, the traveling orthodontist who would say "Tell me story" and immediately reach into my mouth with those big hands and weird plyers.My teeth got straighter, and then I grew up a bit and forgot to wear the retainers.So my teeth shifted.Second round, when I was in my 40's, this time I paid the bill myself, had good results and once again failed with the retainers.As years have passed. my teeth became crowded again.Can you believe I am in my 60s now and giving teeth straightening another go round? The Byte experience has been amazing. As a resident physician, I barely have time to go to routine dentist appointments, let alone have to make frequent trips for Invisalign. The ability to do my impressions at home was so convenient and it was not hard to do. I am about halfway into my treatment and have really seen a change in my teeth — I’m excited to see the final results. Every time that I have had to call them a real person answers and they are always so nice and helpful. Their customer service really is incredible. You also can’t beat the pricing for the product. Feel misled by company, product did not fit and customer service has long response times. After reporting issue with fit, cuts, and abrasions to my mouth after 2 hours of wear. I would have never expected a customer service fix per Dentist would be to have me modify the product by myself at home but cutting and modifying. Which BTW did not work and told NO REFUNDS EVER. (that is hidden on the website)
