AmeriSafe kept things organized for the potentially stressful Atlanta move with children. To make unpacking simpler, the movers precisely labeled every box and even assisted with positioning furniture in the appropriate areas. Their calming, comforting demeanor made what I thought would be a difficult transition very easy.
AmeriSafe Moving Services impressed me with their expertise when I had to relocate into my new apartment on Chicago's North Side. They made it through the tight stairs with ease and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. It felt more like dependable assistance than a service.
Before I reserved AmeriSafe, moving across Dallas felt overwhelming. They stayed in contact throughout the entire process and reduced the transfer down into easy . Everything arrived securely stepsand earlier than I had anticipated, despite the traffic in Texas. I felt at ease since they handled my possessions as though they were their own.
I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid AmeriSafe at all costs if you’re looking for clear communication and a trustworthy moving experience.
My partner and I moved from Washington to Oregon, and from the very beginning, there were major inconsistencies between AmeriSafe and the third-party movers they outsourced. On moving day, the movers were nearly six hours late. During that time, we had to repeatedly contact AmeriSafe for updates and they never once reached out to us proactively.

I AGREE, DO NOT USE AMERISAFE. I used Amerisafe in April to schedule an interstate move. This was the worst mistake I made. Amerisafe is a broker, they are the middle man. We don't need a middle man. Amerisafe got paid and the moving company they set me up with Perfectly Fast Moving Co. Don't use them either. Amerisafe gives you an estimate. Just go directly to a moving company and negotiate a flat rate. I should have went with Two Men and a Truck. I hope this helps someone else.
DO NOT USE!!!! Awful, terrible, scam!!!! This company has had my belongings for over three weeks, and customer service cannot tell me when to expect delivery. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and a complete rip off!!!Too bad I cannot leave a ZERO!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They couldn't even provide proper trucks needed for my move. They hire a secondary mover but don’t disclose. They triple the price DAY BEFORE MOVE!
Your items are damaged and/or lost. The secondary movers don’t secure you items didn’t even have a lock for truck.
Then they switch out your entire belongings multiple times to different trucks.
They don’t take all your items they agreed upon.
They don’t deliver on time adding multiple nights at a hotel and further expenses for eating out, etc.
Then don’t answer calls or even help you with the second parties insurance company when you hired them and paid them.
