Michael did a good job of going over my contract and ensuring I understood what would be done at my house, the charges, how often a technician would come out, and my right to cancel in the first three days. He was courteous and thorough. I appreciated that he let me know when he finished the service and again asked if I had any questions.

No call was received prior to arrival. And the hose that was dragged around the yard that drug the gravel onto the sidewalk which was not swept back up.

I appreciate the attention that John gave to each of my concerns. He also explained things that I can do to avoid the rat problem and made me feel more confident that he would return upon request so that we both would know the things & places to watch for without having to explain things to other technicians.

I would have left 5 stars but I requested that I receive a phone call or text prior to arrival so I could be prepared and ready to answer the door and put my 3 dogs in the house for spraying. Please contact me to schedule next spraying after July 5th,2020. So I can be prepared for payment processing and arrival of the technician. Thank You, Joy Parker
