Today was day one of service for this residence. I want to inform you that I am very pleased with Chris and his service here. He seemed to me to be very kind, polite and somewhat soft spoken. He payed attention to my questions, and answered politely, and satisfactorily. I'll keep an anticipating eye out and watch for results. Looking forward to round two!! And hopefully, the same tech.!! The service we received during our last visit was unacceptable. The technician knocked off our porch light, complete with a bird nest containing a baby bird (said baby bird died of its injuries which has traumatized my daughter). He did not attempt to notify me of the property damage done (I was home and greeted him at the door when he arrived) and texts/emails to Aptive have gone unanswered to date, although the money for this "service" was quick to be charged to my account. We have encountered more insects in our house since starting this service, most recently some type of flying ant. We've had resprays to help rectify the insects to no avail.
