We spent top dollar for substandard windows. They fog on the outside, the caulking has pulled away on the outside and one is installed crooked. It's been 6 weeks since my original phone call and still no service whatsoever. It also looks like there are little "stickers" on the grids between the glass. Customer service is absolutely awful. We are looking for consumer protection help.
DaBella does more than just window replacement, however, this review is specific to a work order for 5 windows to be replaced. Four standard windows and one bay window. The following is how it played out and why I cannot recommend DaBella as a vendor.
Sales:
1) The two people that came by the house (street soliciting) were nice people. One was obviously the lead and did the sales work.
2) We walked through and talked about the windows that needed replacement due to a breach in the windows causing internal streaking and loss of gas. We agreed to the windows that needed replacement.

Paid $68,000 for doors and windows from this company and a year later the sliding door in still inoperable.
About to file a law suit, I have reached out repeatedly and nothing has been done.
